Serious About Getting Started?

For people who are genuinely interested in developing a part-time business income with ONEgroup and who are keen to maximise their earning capacity by promoting miessence®, the following 5 steps should be seriously considered before they are ready to join:

	Register as an Independent Representative of ONEgroup (compulsory)
	Commit to a minimum monthly order (optional but highly recommended)
	Order a home conversion kit (Fast Start pack) (optional but highly recommended)
	Choose your preferred marketing strategies (highly recommended)
	Participate in business training (highly recommended)

Step 1

Register as an Independent Representative of ONEgroup

This involves a once off registration fee of AU$88 (US$60) and can be done either manually or online (must have credit card handy).

Step 2

Commit to a minimum monthly order

In order to be eligible to earn bonuses from ONEgroup, it is a requirement for all Independent Representatives to maintain a minimum monthly order of at least 50PV* (i.e. Personal Volume or points worth of product). This monthly order can be used either for personal consumption, sampling, and/or on-selling to others**. In addition, all Representatives on a monthly order will receive a minimum discount of 20% off all their product purchases.

*PV stands for Personal Volume. Each product has a specified number of points allocated to it. The number relates to the approximate USD price of the product which is the base currency used for paying bonuses.

**This is dependent on your country. Please refer to the ONEgroup Strategy document for more information

There are three ways to have a regular monthly order; 1) fixed 2) variable with Business Protection and 3) variable without Business Protection:

1. Fixed monthly order (also called an Autoship). This is any predetermined combination of products that adds up to at least 50PV which is approx. AU$90 (or approx. US$65). Each month ONEgroup will automatically send you your Autoship order unless you decide to change it or cancel it. Any additional orders you make during the month will not affect your Autoship order. Payment is usually deducted by credit card after you have submitted a credit card authorisation form to ONEgroup.
   
   
2. Variable monthly order with "Business Protection". This is where each month, you decide what products you want to manually order. Once again your order must total at least 50PV (or approx. AU$90 or US$65). If you forget to order in one month, or do not order at least 50PV worth of product, ONEgroup will automatically send you a Business Protection Default Order (i.e. an order of 50PV pre-determined by yourself), which ensures that you can continue to receive bonuses from ONEgroup (hence the name 'Business Protection').
   
   
3. Variable monthly order without "Business Protection". This is the same as option 2 above, where each month you decide what products you want to manually order. However there is no Business Protection provided. This means that in any month where you do not order at least 50PV, you will not receive any bonuses for that same month.
   
   

Note: When three people you introduce as Representatives set-up their own minimum monthly order of 50PV, the cost of your own 50PV monthly order will be covered by the bonuses you will earn from ONEgroup, i.e. approx. AU$90 (approx. US$65), or, in other words, your monthly order is effectively free. So it truly pays to spread the word!

Step 3

Place a ' Fast Start' Order

Placing a 'Fast Start' order allows you to 'jump start' your ONEgroup business. This pack is simply your choice of any combination of ONE Group products that total at least 250PV, or approx. AU$400 (or approx. US$300). This offers you the benefit of accelerating your experience and knowledge of our products to give you greater confidence and credibility in promoting Miessence. In addition, by placing a Fast Start order when you join ONEgroup as an Independent Representative, you will join at the rank of "Senior Associate" instead of just "Associate". This entitles you to receive a larger level of bonuses from ONEgroup.

Note: When three people you introduce as Representatives, order a fast start/home conversion pack in the same calendar month, you will receive a bonus of US$400 (or approx. AU$530) which easily covers your initial investment/ start up costs, which, if you were to complete these five steps on "getting started", would be approx. AU$488 (or approx. US$360). See example below.

	EXAMPLE: Using an average Fast Start order of 250PV and sample marketing strategy. (Prices in AU$ and US$) Your Start Up Costs: in first month of joining ONEgroup as an Independent Representative are: Registration Fee: AU$ 88 (US$60) Fast Start Order: AU$ 400 (US$300) (optional) Total Cost: AU$ 488 (US$360) Your Bonus: whenever you personally sponsor 3 Reps in the same month who each order a fast start pack (ie 250PV), you receive bonus of US$400 (or approx. AU$530) which easily covers the total start up costs mentioned in the example above. Any additional business you generate will mean further bonuses to you.

Step 4

Choose your preferred marketing strategies

Having completed the three steps outlined above, you are now registered as a ONEgroup Independent Representative at the Senior Associate level and are ready to start building your Miessence business in ways that best suit your time, budget, and personal objectives. The next step is to decide which of the marketing strategies offered by ONEgroup you would like to implement to help grow your Multi-Channel Enterprise. See below.

Consistency is the Key

To be successful with your strategies, it is critical that you choose ones that you will consistently apply over time. Step 5

Participate in Business Training

For all good business people to stay "ahead of the game" and prosper, it is important to develop a good learning mindset, where continuous education becomes an integral part of building your business.

In recognising this, ONEgroup offers various forms of ongoing training and development opportunities from highly professional leaders in the business.

Suggested Training Strategy for Getting Started
In order to jump-start your success with a ONEgroup Multi-channel Enterprise, we recommend educating yourself in the following five ways:

A. Develop Industry Knowledge
This involves getting to know and deeply appreciate the broad industry sector that we operate in which is known as the wellness industry.

B. Develop Product Knowledge
What you need to know about the products you sell is what your customers want to know about them. Customers need information to help them make an informed buying decision. The essence of selling is to communicate this information.

You should be able to answer questions that a customer may ask. For example:

• What is the product used for?
• How does it work?
• What are the main ingredients /components?
• How much does it cost?
• What are its advantages over the products of a competitor?
  If you cannot answer questions like this, your ability to effectively communicate the product is limited.

C. Develop Business Model Knowledge
This involves getting to know and appreciate the network marketing business model and ONEgroup Compensation Plan so that you can understand the key factors that will maximise the financial benefits to yourself.

D. Understand ONEgroup Policies and Procedures
These are the "rules of the game" that ONEgroup has developed for all Representatives to follow. They have been designed to maintain consistency and integrity in how the ONEgroup business is conducted and can be located in the members section of the ONEgroup basic website that is issued to all Representatives when they first join.

E. Participate in Ongoing Business Training
This includes taking advantage of our very popular weekly teleconferencing calls from the comfort of your own home. These training calls are conducted at specific times each week to make them convenient for Representatives to access wherever they are in the world, and, using the latest phone card technology, they are also very cost effective for Representatives. In addition, from time to time, there are various face-to-face business and product training seminars that are available for Reps to attend - details of these are posted on the ONEgroup Events section. Alternatively seek coaching and guidance from your sponsoring Representative or someone else in your up-line. Remember, it's your business and you will get out of it what you put into it, so it's up to you to drive your own learning process.
